THE 2024 CHEVROLET CAMARO COLLECTOR'S EDITION SENDS OFF THE CAMARO IN STYLE

Chevrolet announced a special final Collector’s Edition package for the upcoming 2024 Chevrolet Camaro, with a focus on the car’s roots and its ‘Panther’ code name.

In a fitting twist, the Collector’s Editions are all black with a number of aesthetic upgrades and features that give the muscle car a dark attitude, but the engines do not receive any changes.

Panther Black Metallic is the standard color for the LT/RS, LT1 and SS trims, while the ZL1 gets its own impressive Panther Black Matte paint.

As stated in the Chevrolet press release, included in the pack are ‘Satin Black accent stripes, 20-inch Satin Black or optional polished forged wheels, and the front splitter from the 1LE package’ (coupes receive the rear spoiler from the ZL1 package).

The 2024 Chevrolet Camaro Is Coming Late Summer 2023

In the press release, Chevrolet mention that the cars are available late summer of this year, so we suspect the 2024 Camaro will be hitting dealers then, with production of the Camaro to end in January 2024.

The Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Collector’s Edition is different in that it gets limited to 350 units, and also comes with the front splitter from the ZL1 1LE, and the rear wing from ZL1 1LE on coupes.

There is a Black Metallic ZL1 stripe, red brake calipers and black lug nuts. It’s all very black, and very sinister, but sure to be a big seller considering the Camaro muscle car coming to an end after the 2024 model year.

With the 2-ilter base engine gone for 2024, the new Chevrolet Camaro muscle car will come with either the 3.6-liter V6, the LT1 6.2-liter V8, or the supercharged LT4 6.2-liter V8 from the ZL1 model.

Prices for the Collector’s Edition pack range from around $4,995-$5,995 for the standard trims all the way up to the SS, but the ZL1 Collector’s Edition will cost a whopping $14,995.

The 2023 Chevrolet Camaro 1SS lists from $41,000 online while the ZL1 has a starting MSRP of $69,000, the Collector’s Edition will be on top of the base price of the car which may be different when the 2024 Camaro’s prices get revealed.
